I don't see any evidence here that there is any effect, let alone one strong enough to use as a drive.
However, it's an interesting area of science research and I'll wait with an open mind to see what can be PROVED.
(The problem is that with huge electric and magnetic fields, it's easy to mis-measure the "weight" of things when you don't allow for all the extra attractions and repulsions between different parts of the equipment, or even inside some of the equipment...)
