My brother has been lurking around HZ for years. When it changed to this new format he needs to sign up. Unfortunately he hasn't been successful. When he goes to the sign up screen he puts in a user name and password. It says thank you and tells him to wait for the confirming email before trying to sign on. He never got the email. He waited a couple of days then tried to sign on anyway and got a message that he can't sign on because he hasn't confirmed it yet.

After waiting a week with no confirming email he tried to sign up using the same user name and password and was told that already exists so he can't use it. Apparently it was created but he can't use it. Frustrated he decided to try and sign up again with another user name and password. It seemed to work and told him again to wait for the confirming email before trying to sign on. Again he has waited for 2 days and no confirming email. No email even telling him he was denied. Nothing Nada. He tried to sign on again and again it told him he hasn't confirmed it yet. He was very careful to make sure he had the correct email address, so that's unlikely as the reason for not getting a reply. What's going on here.
