Speaking of Nasa expertise
So let me get this straight. Nasa gets a pre-existing shuttle SRB, puts some dead weight on top of it, then rolls it out with great fanfare to the public as a new rocket design...and they only spend half a billion dollars on it in the process. I'm so underwhelmed, I don't even know where to start.
