Recommended posting technique
With the somewhat erratic "time outs" on this site, if you spend a lot of time composing a post, it's a good idea to copy it to the clipboard before you hit the "post" button (the old board used to give you the option to do this automatically).
I lost a couple of pieces of good writing before I started doing this, with the "post" button tossing me to the login page.
