In 2000 dollars, $176.4 billion is about $138 billion.
To put it in perspective, (using the same constant 2000 dollars throughout), the worst Bush annual deficit was $374.7 billion (a post-WWII record - up until now). The annual deficit in 2007 was $133 billion.
The 2009 annual deficit was $1.1 trillion.
And if you look at the charts of Obama's own predictions, the deficits will be steadily rising for the next ten years, and all of them will leave Bush's $375 billion in the dust.
