Yes, separating water from the other substances
shouldn't be a problem.
Filtering, distilling and even burning off substances
like methyl alcohol should result in an abundance of liquid water
available for future lunar astronaut's needs.
Even recovering liquid from the ice and dust
shouldn't present a problem.
A radioactive heat-source or reflected-focused sunlight
should suffice.
