Existing manned deep submersibles are cold, claustrophobic, and need hours to go back and forth to deep ocean floors.
I can't think of anything on the drawing board that would be attractive to tourists.
Even people like Bob Ballard are moving away from manned submersibles to more reliance on remotes. Modern tech is making remote submersibles better all the time.
