No country as unequal as the UK, let alone the US, can have a collective will when citizens' interests are diametrically opposed to one another.
Yeah, yeah, I know...that's code for "too bad we're not a bunch of communies...if we were, we'd really get things done."
But she's right when she says it's not going to happen, at least not in the US. Not now, anyway.
