Defense sec Gates (remember him?) pointed out the sea based system was less costly, faster to develop, and MORE EFFECTIVE. There are a number of strategic and tactical advantages to the sea based system. Is that your idea of capitulation? Going with a better system?

I'm sure your fantasy that Obama didn't know Putin was a bad guy comforts you. Maybe he should have looked into his eyes to see his soul?
