The Watch List
The current list has about half a million names on it. It's clear the effectiveness of the list is watered down by all the noise in it. So many people on the list have no good reason to be on it.
There is obvious need for a more narrow list. One that actually focuses on real potential terrorists, and not people like newsmen and politician's wives. I don't advocate eliminating the old list, but it is clearly not effective by itself.
Btw, someone might want to point out to DICK that the current watch list was created while he was in charge.
