Democratic strategy emerging
Obama cautions against jamming through a bill. Instead, waiting for Brown to be seated and proceeding with a scaled down health care bill with the 90% of provisions that everyone agrees on. Essentially eliminating the most egregious practices of the insurance industry, and fixing medicare. I would think that could mean bringing Sen. Snowe back into the picture if necessary.
It's disappointing but certainly good politics.
