What a fool. Obama has squandered the faith of the people who thought he was ushering in a new era of change. For those who thought that we would provide healthcare by reducing the cost of insurance, by reforming a system that is sucking us dry one premium at time, here is what we got:

-10% of the population that hasn’t been insured would be provided healthcare- paid for by an elaborate shell game of Medicare cuts and tax increases.

-A government “mandate” or in other words, forced participation in the system

-Pre-existing conditions will be covered and paid for by …

We are exponentially expanding the client base of insurance companies and health care providers . That’s why you don’t hear a peep of protest from the entire industry.

And how was this sham presented to us? It came in the form of several bills crafted behind closed doors that no one, including congress could read.

Healthcare reform wasn’t a case of “Best of intent, worst of results”. It was another example of a President that was so blinded by the fight that he lost sight of what the victory should look like.
