The fact is, Obama is just looking for a way to delay spending money on a new launch vehicle, he's got to freeze spending in 2011 so that he can fool the voters in November 2010, while still keeping the loons on the left happy by blowing money on the Global Warming fiasco. I'm sure Dr. Hanson has shown him that we can buy "private sector" launch vehicles from either Russia or China.
Obama is a cruel joke on those who think he cares. The only change he offers is the spare change he want's to steal from your pockets via his Enron inspired Cap & Trade scheme.
