The actual poll is a lot more interesting. Look at ALL the questions. CNN has headlined almost the only one where Obama can pull out some positive spin.
The way the poll looks, more Americans agree with me about government than with the Democrats.
Congress has three points to drop before they tie the all-time low approval rating. One of the most firmly-suppressed facts is that the Democrats have been in total control of Congress since January of 2007, and yet somehow escape all blame for anything budget or regulation-related since then.
