I have a little bad news for you folks
There is very little chance the lawsuits will go anywhere, but they do serve as fundraisers for republicans wanting to separate angry teabaggers from their money.
If the lawsuits actually do succeed in finding individual mandates unconstitutional, IT WILL NOT REPEAL HEALTH CARE REFORM. All that will happen is the law will have to be tweaked so instead of paying a fine for not buying insurance people will be denied any of the federal subsidies or aid in purchasing insurance included in the bill. In fact many people wanted that to be the way the bill was written to begin with.
