Learning InDesign
I was complaining on my favorite writers forum about the difficulties of doing decent advanced-justified book layouts in Word. Somebody recommended InDesign.
Well, whaddaya know. When I ordered an Adobe CS4 combo package (to get nice new versions of Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop), a copy of InDesign was tossed in as well. I'd forgotten.
Spent the last two days fiddling with it, and while I'm no expert, I've cooked up a layout that's a heck of a lot better than what I did with Word.
