Firefox problem. I think.

I have add-ons. Among them are:
Java Console 6.0.05
Java Console 6.0.07
Java Console 6.0.11
Java Console 6.0.13
Java Console 6.0.03 and
Java Console 6.0.20
Java Quick Starter

I also have Secunia Personal Software Inspector which looks for programs with security threat weaknesses and notifies me of the ones that I am able to easily plug. Others they don't notify me because it would take a techie to be able to work with. I can set it to notify me of the others but I'm no techie.

The problem is, Secunia keeps finding security threats with Java. Do I even need Java? What the hell good does it do?

I'm really fed up with Java. Some weeks ago, it keep downloading an update that didn't fit with Firefox and I'd have to uninstall it. It was a mini nightmare.

And surely I don't need all those damn Java Consoles, do I?

Help.

Thanks.
