Re: It's those dang Tea Party racists again...

Funny you should say: I am a proud party member. Anything that has to do with our human rights (don
t go there/against Communism) AND for our liberties, I am there.

> Sure, I'd love to see Cores from Mars. (Dibs on that as a SF title.) But really, the challenges are pretty daunting. Nicks right, how deep is deep? Especially since the deeper you go, the heavier the sample, which is important if you want to send it back here for study. And the wider the core, the more it weighs, natch, but the less it shows.

--- Sorry, the deeper you dig, the more it shows; so why does the dig have to be wo wide? Pleople on Earth have been digging deep for maybe a century now (Antarict and then some)., please, don
t go there, the facts are ALL OVER THE PLACE!

--- again, ten feet down don't mean sqwaut especially where Mars is concerned. Imagine eons of space debris slaming this way and that. ASSYou know, I think I'm talking to the WRONG PERSON.

Mars has been SLAMMED by rocks and ice/allbeit as Mick has stated(Methane ice), and by golly H2O ice...

Honestly, you do not understand. Mars has been hammered by dust storms, year after year....... (surely as CMUs, ultraviolet rays, etc... ). No, duh that Mar's surface has been exposed to ultraviolet rays and then some over the eons/centuries.

Sorry, people are not stupid... we love to seek answers... be it scientific or political. SO, when it comes to Mars, there be questions...
