I think Prince Philip, Queen Elizabeth's husband, farted and Prince Harry was cracking up which was amusing Queen Elizabeth's sister, Princess Anne, and also her son, Prince Charles. Prince Philip seems to be quite proud of it and Queen Elizabeth is her usual thin-lipped displeasured self.
That's Prince Harry, who is the red-haired 2nd son of the future King of England (providing Elizabeth ever kicks the bucket which I'm beginning to doubt she ever will).
