The laser looks good.
The UAV wouldn't do much in an attack unless, like you say, they'd already taken out the sites. However, we all know that is unlikely. If they start a war, they'll be sneaky bastards. It would only take one hit to sink a carrier with their weapon. So here's hoping our laser is highly efficient.
