Found a treasure at my local grocery store.
Read these ingredients of the bread I now allow myself to enjoy!
Organic sprouted wheat,
Organic sprouted barley,
Organic sprouted millet,
Organic malted barley,
Organic sprouted lentils,
Organic sprouted soybeans,
Organic sprouted spelt,
Fresh yeast,
Organic wheat gluten,
Sea Salt.
That is all that is in it!
