That illustration was from prior to the 2008 election, when the liberals were glorying in the idea of finally getting enough of their "Super Geniuses" into power to make the world a paradise.
That kind of condescension is really working well for the Democratic Party today, isn't it? Now that it's become pretty obvious who the dummies are.
