I can't say I've agreed with many of Frum's opinions over the years, but he seems like maybe not a wholly unreasonable guy.

Sure, he's got a stark take on illegals and healthcare, but you know he's just floating an idea at this point. Running it up the old flagpole. Submitting it for discussion.

And as someone who dutifully, and gladly, dotted all my i's and crossed all my t's during the immigration process, I'm not completely sure I disagree with him on the matter. If the end result of breaking the law cannot be distinguished from the result of following it, then what's the point?
