There are people that desperately want to deflect the reality that a substantial segment of Muslims represent a clear and present danger to our culture and our lives. Their hearts are pure but they are dumb.
Nobody (including me) complains about Timothy McVeigh being characterized as a right wing, militia sympathizing, terrorist.
