Seems the facts don't support Maddow's claim that the Congressman was alerted ahead of time. It is curious however that a Michigan Militia member would be faxing him a cryptic message of this nature less than an hour after the bombing.
"First update. Bldg 7 to 10 floors only. Military people on scene -- BATF/FBI. Bomb threat received last week. Perpetrator unknown at this time. Oklahoma."
