This isn't about "degrees." It's about vectors. When I'm trying to reverse a course that's leading me off a cliff, I'll worry about how far to back up when I've shifted directions.
The level of government control over the economy is far greater than it needs to be. The end of that vector is absolute statism.
Stop. Then turn around. That's where we begin.
