That's a giant flying gas tank - hydrogen gas, not gasoline. The fuselage would be 1/10 the size if it used conventional avgas, but this is a concept demonstrator. maybe one day they'll find a use for it - spy plane it isn't with a radar cross section like a pregnant hippo...
