I think you missed a sentence there where you should have introduced the ubiquitous CMBR at 2.7K and THEN said that Hawking Radiation is at a lower temperature than "that". Otherwise, your text reads as if Hawking Radiation was colder than absolute zero, which I don't think was intended...
