not a missile?
Oh boy. Not too sure about this conclusion. Still under investigation and last I heard everybody is counting their missiles. Like if there is one missing then who, how and where would someone have launched it, let alone without notifying the proper people.
Will have to see how this plays out before getting into cover ups and disgruntled missile operators.
