Bush starts the bailout, Obama's administration gets the blame for the bailout, Dems lose lots of House seats, and the taxpayers just netted a $12 billion profit off of Citigroup.
Fickle electorate doesn't know which side its bread is buttered on. Of course, the Republican'ts will find some way of making this a lose-lose for Obama.
