Let's hope they do.
I'm tired of hackers thinking they can get away with anything they want on the net. It goes a helluva lot further than the rights of free speech when they start hacking bank sites and shutting them down. I hope they lock them all up for the next 20 years. Maybe THAT will be a deterrent to these jerks (and jerkesses).
