The article McFly linked to provided a lot of specific details on who's pushing government control over the internet. Nothing in the article you linked gives any evidence that the feared abuses are anything other than imaginary.
Again, the problem doesn't exist. To the best of my knowledge, there are no real-world examples of corporations throttling competitor sites. It's all theoretical, ginned up as "concerns" by people who really, REALLY have a burr in their butt about any massive flow of information that they don't control.
Look at every article supporting more government control over the internet. It's always "this is what corporations COULD do if you don't turn over the power to the State."
You are being played.
