Those sound great. Bad news is I'm the only one in my family that likes dark chocolate, and I'm too lazy to scratch-bake brownies.
Don't know about "half the calories," though. My Betty Crocker brownie mix delivers 160 calories per brownie, no nuts. The box assumes 16 servings per pan, as opposed to 24. On the other hand, the brownie in the picture looks thicker than mine are for a 9 x 13 pan, so I don't know what the real comparison would be.
