Can't resist this one. The NRA is against gun control so as to ensure a disgruntled citizenry will be able to resist an oppressive government. The recent shootings are in line with that agenda. The Conservative, right-to-own-a-gun agenda-to-resist-politicians. After all, didn't Limbaugh suggest assassination of the Democratic leadership, and people on these boards agree? Don't expect them to accept responsibility, however.

Illegal immigrants should be deported. All of them, and the people who hired them should spend a couple of weeks in jail. No trial, no appeal. Solve the problem.

Otherwise, the HZ still looks to be a typical right-wing instrument, with the left-wingers hammering away at them with reason and logic to no avail. The liberals simply can't believe that greed and selfishness can be that pervasive, and refuse to accept it. Some advice - give it up, they don't have the capacity for introspection, change or accountability. They live in a self-defined, self-reinforcing world which allows no external influences. Sort of like a fundamental religious sect of any ilk. Doesn't mean they can't be likeable, charming, or friendly.
