These terms are routinely used, including by some of the same pundits who are screaming about it now.
If you'd spread out a bit from sources like "TalkingPointsMemo," you might have learned a few things.
The only thing I can figure is that the pundits of the Left are either very stupid, or convinced that their audience is. I'm not seeing a third alternative.
