OMG!
I'd have had that kid in handcuffs and smacked his butt. Then someone would scream child abuse, social services would take the kid away and problem solved. *JK*
However, that is the parent's fault - no discipline. I've seen that type of thing way too often, parents with no control over kids. Sad. Ultimately, the kids will pay for it, too.
