My cat Tobias would have looked like a feral cat because he avoided all humans but me and did not wear a collar. The reason he didn't wear a collar was because I kept putting them on him (breakaways so he didn't hang himself) and he kept losing them. A neighbor returned one he found hanging over his fence. Had it not been a breakaway, Tobias would have hung himself. I'd shoot the person who shot my cat. My cats are my babies.
