God forbid we should decide how to invest in new technologies for ourselves.
Here's a good rule of thumb: Good ideas, i.e. those that create more wealth than they burn, don't need to have investment money forced into them. Crappy ideas, like those that lose money year after year, practically demand government subsidies.
