Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened.
I can recall more than half a dozen cases just like this. Everyone always says something needs to be done, and it usually ends up with large amounts of media attention on the guy and officials saying "we won't let it happen again" and "this ends now". In a few weeks, the same thing happens elsewhere. With the media attention these things get, you'd think that people would be more on their toes about this thing, but unfortunatly, this isn't the case.
That being said, I say we drown the guy in molasses.😈
