Well, I can give it a shot:
State public employee pension funds are currently short about $1 trillion. This "underfunding" is money that is promised to people by a large financial entity, except that it doesn't exist. You know, kind of like Enron.
Wall Street - all of it - distributed $20.8 billion in bonuses in 2010. That's the fund for all their employees, not just presidents.
