It's a decision of when are we going to put human rights ahead of turning a blind eye. He's a murder, a national murder at that. So the UN has to have a pow wow and meanwhile Gaddafi sends out the bombs, takes back control while the US is sending unrecognizable smoke signals.
It's a grand task that should be the UN's sole priority with response plans planned out for every country that has a history of suppressing people human rights and implemented when necessary.
I don't see it happening for a long time.
