I have no problem with the message, it's how it's presented. It's the smarmy, touchy-feely, bludgeoning of righteousness and mea culpas, and I feel I'm expected to nod and and smile and give cabaret nods to the assembled harpies watching it with me. And if I don't, I'm some kind of male chauvinist monster.
This is political pornography, just like those patriotic hymns to the founding fathers and homilies from entrepreneurial heroes I'm supposed to snap to attention to and salute or I'm some kind of Bolshevik. I refuse to be manipulated that way, or let the marketing pukes who put it together get away with it unchallenged. I despise propaganda, even if I happen to agree with it, especially when it's disguised as moral righteousness. It's an insult to my intelligence, and to my genuine feelings of patriotism and human decency, which I assure you I do have, but which I feel no need to parade publicly.
I hope these guys get laid, it's the least they deserve for humiliating themselves that way.
