Embedding flash video tutorial
For reference:
Copy the unique video number from the YouTube URL in the address bar. (Line one)
Paste that bit into the flash code of your post, which looks like line two.

You can also use the flash code icon in your editor, but you'll still have to re-write the code to match this formula. Use the preview button to check your work.
Works on YouTube, but I haven't tested other hosting links.
