So they leave work at 8 a.m., drive home, eat something (if they live alone, they fix their own food), fix a meal to take with them back to work, take a shower, throw some laundry in, take out the trash and fall in bed, maybe sleeping a whole 6 hours before they have to get up, get dressed, drive into work, work all night and then do it all again.

Most people need 8 hours of sleep. I need 9-10. I'm talking NEED in order to feel rested, not want, NEED.

That son-of-a-bitch needs to have his ass fired. HE is the cause of the problem.

Yeah, I'm pissed. These jerkwads cause the problem and then pass the buck and do some little thing that they expect their employees to bow down and take it right back up the backside again. Every person who flies puts their lives in the hands of the ATC's who do a great job under a helluva lot of stress. Documentaries on ATC's shows how much stress these guys/gals are under daily. A lot of them flame out early.
