Well, if we ignore all the fiscal, economic and humanitarian issues, and just think of the tangible and immediate effects and who will benefit...
First, employers will pay less in their contributions to payroll taxes.
Second, salaries will plummet across the board since people will be desperate for work to make up the shortfall in their income and their skyrocketing medical expenses. They will work for nothing, and put up with anything, to have and keep a job.
And that's the plan, isn't it?
That has always been the plan. Cheap, docile labor, low taxes, and no costly regulations. It will be the capitalist bosses' paradise.
