Therefore Israel has treated Ambulances and thier crews as Enemy armoured vehicles for a very long time... I can think of examples from the eighties when Israeli Apache helicopters used Hellfire missiles on Ambulances in Lebanon for example.
Far as I'm concerned... Israel has created the very conditions it now deplores:(.
