Now, let's suppose she did take this information to the FBI. Just what do you think they would have done with it? Does a loan officer have more credibility than their own people, or a flight school operator, for instance?

This is not really obvious, I don't think. But, the rantings of a disaffected person of another culture are hard, sometimes, to understand, let alone take seriously. Even if you can understand the words. Cultural problems, not knowing their background, and kind of wanting to get away from the intensity can all contribute to discounting what they are saying. Sad, but true.

Walk through the seamier downtown areas and listen to the people. Then take all the plots you hear about to the FBI.

Some foreigners, especially Middle Easterners, seem to have quite a bit of cash. That isn't necessarily an indication of functioning well, or not being obsessed.

This is a real retrospective thing. Not only is she not at fault, there was no one listening at the place she would have taken the message.

Why go after her, and not the FBI?
