I was in the engineering dept. for five years and went to work afterward. The “intellectuals” I’m talking about are the ones that while I was staying up studying for two days straight they were getting stoned snorting’ meth and caine for days and trying to make a social statement by pissing on each other. Then to top it off some stayed behind to infect other young minds with their slack mentality and liberal idiocies.

First off: I would NEVER put myself in the situation to be accused of the horrid crimes you mentioned.

Secondly: One of my good friends graduated top in his class at UT law school and now is a defense attorney in Austin. He has told me that one of the goals of his opening presentation is to educate the jury thoroughly on everything including DNA and he minored in biology so he knows what‘s going on.

As long as the jury has the ability to learn they will be educated by a good attorney.
