What I saw on the video was that he just finished dumping his load, and started to pull up. Maybe he pulled up too steep for the wings to stay on. If it has been making runs like this for some time it was just the last straw for the wings. Being old and repaired it’s not unexpected that he could just fly the wings off. It was probably inevitable. If not this run, it would have happened soon.
