<Our HUGE deficit disappeared in large part due to huge TAX windfalls on inflated stock values.
Taxpayer/Stockholders in essence donated to pay off the deficit - thanks in large part to the corruption of these CEOs.
Of course, this is something that the "Clinton Economy" folks would rather not point out.
